Human Resources Director

Key Responsibilities:

The HR Director will serve as a business partner to all senior officers and shipboard management, while providing direction on all HR related matters, including but not limited to; employee relations, employee communication, training and development, performance management, coaching and counselling, conflict resolution, quality of life and leadership development.


  • 4-6 years’ experience as a HR Advisor/HRBP with a minimum of 2 years in HR Management
  • Thorough understanding of HR best practices
  • Executive coaching experience
  • Hands-on operational experience
  • Administrative experience
  • Proven track record in change management, problem solving, performance management & dealing with complex and sensitive employee relations issues
  • International experience preferred
  • Hospitality experience preferred

  • Degree in HRM, Law, Psychology or equivalency
  • CIPD/SHRM certification (preferred)


  • 4-5 months on-board, followed by 2 months of vacation
  • Single cabin with private bathroom facilities
  • 2 weeks of shipboard training provided prior to assuming responsibility on-board

Start Date:

Successful candidates will be scheduled to join vessels during Q3 and Q4 2022.
