HOTEL DIRECTOR


Key Responsibilities:

The Hotel Director is responsible for the safe, secure and efficient running of the vessel's hotel operation, which includes but is not limited to; Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Office, Entertainment, Tour Operations, Finance, IT, Casino and all Concessionaires. They will successfully plan, coordinate & control the entire guest operation, through the effective management of all hotel department heads.

Experience:

  • 8+ years’ operational management experience in a large, upscale hotel or holiday resort, with at least 5 years' senior management experience in food and beverage, front office and/or housekeeping 
  • Experience leading & developing large multinational teams
  • Proven track record in successfully achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets
  • International experience preferred

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office & property management systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and intercultural competency

  • High level of personal and professional integrity
  • Able to inspire, motivate and develop a large international team

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field

Contract:

  • 4 months on-board, followed by 2 months of vacation
  • Single cabin with private bathroom facilities
