We are seeking a Human Resources/Business Admin graduate with exceptional administrative and people skills to work on board a cruise ship as a HR Services Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, be an ambassador of hospitality, and enjoy providing prompt, courteous and friendly services to fellow employees and external stakeholders, including¬†government agencies and local officials in the various ports of call.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a customer facing role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite at intermediate level or higher
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Experience managing low level employee relations issues (preferred)
  • Responsibilities in a Human Resources function (preferred)

Education:

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field

  • Proactive, reliable and effective with minimal supervision
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines

Contract:

  • 6 months on-board followed by 2 months of vacation
  • Shared cabin with one other person, with private bathroom facilities
